Event Conversations
This section is the foundation of the course. It covers The Event Conversation Model, a three-stage process that guides participants through the event conversation. Video re-enactments illustrate what to do and behaviors to avoid at each stage. Interactive exercises help participants get practice with each stage of the conversation.

Effective Selling
This section teaches communication skills designed to improve booth workers' ability to: gather information about each attendee's situation, present relevant information at the right technical level, develop qualified leads, manage resistance, and interact with groups of attendees representing different companies.
